1) Find a location that has at least a few tables. Some Suggestions:
Libraries generally have free meeting spaces
Restaurants/Breweries/Coffee Shops at off times (encourage your participants to support the local business)
2) Share the Date and Location (Facebook, instagram, emai, flyer..)
Create a Save the Date or Informational Post/Flyer
3) At the event
Set up tables -
1 for each of the categories of puzzles - 1000+, 500-999, Under 499, Missing Pieces
Extra table(s) for working on puzzles
Bring Name Tags and Sharpies
Pour out the pieces of a good quality puzzle for people to work on. Having it started makes it easier for people to jump in.
Greet people at the door.
Have a sign up sheet to collect emails to communicate future events.
If you have a Facebook group, have directions/QR code on how to sign up for that.

We have some informational graphics available on Canva. If you have a Canva account, you can click on the links and make a copy to save to your own account. Then you can edit with your event information. If you don't have a Canva account, it is free and easy to sign up and use.
The Google Drive has printable Table Signs, Swap Instructions, Email Sign Up list as well as a "copy and edit" version of the Email Sign Up List.
